The location is by far the best thing about the hotel. We arrived on Friday around 22:00; the car with suitcases and a small child and we were told that they did not have parking available (cannot be booked), so we tried a nearby parking space. I was afraid of the worst (Penguins 2019 weekend). I go to the car to unload it, and when I finish an employee who was at the reception desk tells me that he has gone down to the garage and found a space; he accompanies us and tells us where to leave it. That made our night happy and I am very grateful to him (I don't know his name: middle-aged, with a beard and grey hair).

I know that it is common in other establishments, but I do not understand how you can book a room - with all the conditions of the case - but not a parking space. If the problem is that guests book but if they find a parking space on the street they decline to use it later, the solution is as easy as if you cancel the room after the deadline: you are charged, for example, on the first day of parking.

This place was quiet, with new-fashioned rooms, amiable staff. Breakfast with eggs and bacon and many selections including eggs, for example. Magnificent and handy location - near to a railway station. Near to bars and restaurants. What a great stay, no reason to complain👌

Hotel very well connected, just 10 minutes from Campo Grande train station. Very close to Plaza de Espana. There are rooms very far from the reception and others that are very close, depending on the preferences of each one. Rooms not too wide but clean. Spacious bathroom. Reception takes note of breakdowns, if any, and they solve it quickly. There are presses available for the clients. Breakfast is served in the hotel cafeteria. Leaving the hotel, to the left, on the corner, there is a cafeteria where they serve breakfast, lunch and snacks to go, for those who prefer to rest and have their breakfast time passed.

rooms are not very soundproof, you can hear the guests and TV in the adjoining rooms. It's an old hotel that's fine but needs some renovations. computer for the use of the clients and located in the hall, is slow and works via wifi. Not all the reception staff know how to set it up for use (so better not to rush).

The friendliness of the mature bearded bellboy (who carries the bags) and of a cafeteria man with white curly hair at midday on the menu. The divine menus, they cook rich but they waste to enable the dining room for the dinners

That they have the dining room closed for dinners and do not have a place for customers, was full the cafeteria that is supposed to be for dinner, full of retirees who do not even consume a coffee, playing cards that instead of going to the home of the pensioner are ahi scaring and occupying the place of customers who want to eat, or at least consider having a dining room for dinner and not be in the middle of them, in a corridor, with a door that opens and it is cold, almost put a claim for a blonde receptionist stuffed approx.33years that when we complained that there was no place to eat, he answered, "that's what there is", I do not think of answering anyone like that and I deal with clients in my work, I was saved from the complaint because the metre on the first floor let us eat in the dining room, but in the continuous room on the first floor there were also about 7 tables playing cards and without consuming even water, which does not seem fair to me, taking up space in exchange for reducing the quality and service of the hotel.

Old-fashioned hotel in a central area next to the historic centre and Campo Grande park, the town centre and the main sites of the city.

The hotel were ervy quick to respond to our requests for help. E.G. We had asked for two adjopining rooms and when we were not allocated these on arrival they were very willing and quick to change them to adjacent rooms.

There is no room service in the evening or food service in the cafeteria or dining room until after 8.30pm.This maybe acceptable to adults but is very inconvenient to those with small children who are normally in bed well before 8.30am

hotel is very old. We were lucky enough to be given a suite and staff was quite friendly. best thing, location.

Despite giving us a suite, room wasn't much for the price we paid. duvet wasn't covered, it was laid out with two sheets. water in the shower came out with little pressure. room was spacious, old, with several knocks on the walls. TV was a computer monitor, we left a key in the light to heat the room and cleaning staff removed it and left us with one less key without notice. bed was comfortable. As a weekend hub it's not bad, I don't even want to think about what the standard room would look like. In conclusion, for the price we paid they gave us a suite, was not bad. Comfortable, improvable. In my opinion, it has one star to spare.

    great location

It was just a balanced option for a transient visit in Valladolid with fantastic value. The location was its only plus. Be prepared for noise if you're staying in a single room.

The room were spacious and the bed relatively comfortable. We enjoyed most the little touches that make you feel welcome, such as finding fresh fruit upon arrival. Excellent value for money!

That the stuff assumed that we were in need of a pull-out bed for a child (we didn't require it + it was just 1 out of 3 options for the same 1 night stay deal), but the staff rang our room to get rid of it without being asked to, which was thoughtful.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. They took care of every detail - and it was such a nice unexpected touch that they had fruit in our room for us. I would recommend this hotel to anybody.

Nothing to complain about - it was very, very nice. Staff was excellent!
